Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or shopper body inputs. Shoppers should send privacy requests to the store where they used Radiant; merchants can review the complete process in the privacy policy.

Ask a different questionIt guides shoppers through a short set of relevant questions, evaluates the eligible ranges in the product's assigned chart, and returns clear sizing guidance. Shoppers do not need to manually measure every part of their body.
Yes. The full table remains available. A centimeters and inches switch and measurement guidance can also appear when the merchant enables and configures them. A table-only chart can open directly without using a Smart session.
Body details are used to calculate the recommendation in the shopper's browser. When Shopify consent permits, Radiant stores the sizing outcome—not height, weight, age, body shape, or calculated measurements.
No sizing tool can guarantee fit. Radiant gives guidance from the chart ranges and information available for that product, so accurate source charts and clear garment details still matter.
Radiant can follow Shopify's active storefront locale automatically for English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, or the merchant can choose a fixed language. Unsupported storefront languages fall back to English.
You can target a product, collection, product type, vendor, tag, or the entire store. More specific rules take priority, so the right chart can follow each part of your catalog.
New Smart guidance pauses until the next allowance or a plan change. The full size chart remains available, and Radiant does not add surprise usage charges.
Paid plans unlock colors, typography, launcher styles, popup or drawer presentation, merchant logos, and branding removal. Growth and Scale also include custom visual assets.
Eligible paid plans can include up to a 14-day trial. Shopify is the final authority for eligibility, trial dates, taxes, and the charge shown before approval.
Radiant connects sizing consultations with add-to-cart behavior, active sizing time, attributed returns, recommendation activity, and table opens. Higher plans add comparisons, size mix, and product-level insight.
Yes. The launcher and sizing experience are responsive, keyboard-aware, and designed to load the complete selector only after a shopper chooses to interact with it.
